Defending Formula One world champion Lewis Hamilton who will start Sunday’s Brazilian Grand Prix from five places further back from where he ends the Sprint race today is under further investigation.

The seven-time world champion’s car was investigated by Jo Bauer, the FIA’s technical delegate who found that Hamilton’s DRS system did not comply with the regulations.

The case was adjourned until Saturday morning, meanwhile, championship leader Max Verstappen is also under investigation for touching Lewis Hamilton’s rear wing in Parc Ferme following the session on Friday.
