Schmidt Peterson Motorsports Verizon IndyCar Series driver James Hinchcliffe has had an extremely busy off-season.
The Toronto native went straight from the cock-pit to the dance floor at the end of last year as he and his dance partner Sharna Burgess participated and finished runner up in the 2016 Dancing With The Stars competition.
Fast forward to the start of 2017, the Mayor of HinchTown competed in the IMSA Rolex 24 Hours at Daytona International Raceway for Mazda.
Following the busy off season however, Hinch is ready to get back to racing his No.5 Arrow Electronics Schmidt Peterson Motorsports Honda starting with the Firestone Grand Prix of St Petersburg this weekend.
On Sunday, Hinch tweeted:
The first on track action action of the 2017 Verizon IndyCar Series season opening Firestone Grand Prix of St Petersburg gets underway on Friday.
