Schmidt Peterson Motorsports James Hinchcliffe says he believes that the team have all the ingredients with the new universal Verizon IndyCar Series aero kit to compete at the front in ever race in 2018.
The Mayor of HinchTown took one win in 2017 when he took victory at the Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach along with a number of podiums and finished the season in 13th place in the championship.
Hinchcliffe has been joined at Schmidt Peterson Motorsports for 2018 by fellow Canadian and his good friend Robert Wickens.
Hinch was at Texas Motor Speedway earlier this week to conduct some valuable testing mileage for Honda with Schmidt Peterson Motorsports.
Hinch has now returned to Indianapolis and was joined by Chip Ganassi Racing’s Scott Dixon at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway for some filming on Wednesday while the pair will test on Thursday.
