Former Arrow McLaren SP NTT IndyCar Series driver James Hinchcliffe says that he has some great opportunities for 2020 but is not ready to announce what they are yet.
Speaking to SportsNet in Canada during a phone interview the Oakville, Ontario native said that the sponsorship deal with Geneyes came together extremely quickly.
The deal will allow Hinch to run the entire month of May including the GMR Grand Prix of Indianapolis and the 104th running of the Indianapolis 500 presented by Gainbridge.
Hinch has confirmed that he will not be on the grid for the season opening Firestone Grand Prix of St Petersburg in March but that he and his team are working flat out to get a drive with a team that will be competitive during the month of May.
Hinchcliffe refused to comment on his exit from Arrow McLare SP who have two new drivers in place with Patricio O’Ward and Oliver Askew.
