Honda Performance Development secured a Firestone Fast Six clean sweep in qualifying for Sunday’s Honda Indy 200 at the Mid-Ohio Sportscar Course presented by the 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid with Andretti Autosport’s Colton Herta scoring his second NTT P1 Award in a row. Herta set a P1  time of 01:06.3096s and is joined on the front row by Graham Rahal in the No.15 Fifth Third Bank Honda who set a fastest time of 01:06.3528s ending the day just ahead of Kyle Kirkwood.

Championship leader Alex Palou in the No.10 The American Legion Chip Ganassi Racing Honda starts the race from fourth place just ahead of Christian Lundgaard while Mr Mid-Ohio, Scott Dixon in the No.9 PNC Bank Women In Motorsports Chip Ganassi Racing Honda who has won here six times starts the race from sixth place with a time of 01:06.9281s.

Will Power in the No.12 Verizon 5G Chevrolet starts the race from seventh alongside his teammate and defending race winner Scott McLaughlin in the No.3 Good Ranchers Team Penske Chevrolet. Marcus Ericsson in the No.8 Huski /Iced Spritz Honda starts the race from ninth place just ahead of Felix Rosenqvist, who was the best-qualified Arrow McLaren rounding out the top ten.

Jack Harvey starts the race from 11th while David Malukas rounds out the Firestone Fast 12.
