The Indianapolis Motor Speedway plays host to a two-day open Indianapolis 500 test starting today (Wednesday).
All 34 cars will be on track over the next two days as preparations ramp up for the Greatest Spectacle In Racing, the 109th running of the Indianapolis 500 presented by Gainbridge.

Veteran oval drivers will take the track from 10:05-noon. Rookie orientation and oval refreshers will take place from 12:00-2P.M. All cars will be available to take to the historic 2.5-mile oval from 2:00-6:00P.M.
Gates will be open 9:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M
Thursday, drivers will participate in a High Boost Session from 9:30-12:00 P.M. All cars will once again take to the track from 2:00-5:00 P.M.
Gates will be open 9:00 a.m.-5:00 P.M.
Fans can view the test free of charge in the Southeast Vista and on the Turn 2 Mounds.
Free parking will be available in Lot 3P. Fans with an ADA placard and/or those visiting the IMS Museum will be allowed to park in the Museum Lot.
