Verizon IndyCar Series team Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing have confirmed that Hyatt have become a major associate partner as a hotel marketing sponsor.

The new agreement will see the Hyatt logo appear prominently on the side of the cockpit of the No.15 Honda of Graham Rahal throughout the entire 16 race schedule of the IndyCar season for 2016 starting with next next months Firestone Grand Prix of St Petersburg.

Speaking about the announcement RLL co owner Michael Lanigan commented by saying:

As co-owner of a Hyatt Centric-branded hotel, I could not be more proud to team up with an iconic company that has led the way in high-quality accommodations and service, We look forward to furthering Hyatt’s winning ways of creating superior customer experiences, both on and off the race track.

Graham Rahal had a series best season in 2015 when he finished the year in fourth place in the standings and went into the final race of the year in Sonoma in a position to win the championship but was hit from behind and eventually finished the race in 18th place.

Speaking about the new partnership, Maryam Banikarim, global chief marketing officer of Hyatt Hotels Corporation commented by saying:
