The Indianapolis Motor Speedway will roar to life on Friday as practice and qualifying takes place for Saturday’s GMR Grand Prix of Indianapolis on the road course at the famed Brickyard. This year, for the first time since 2019, fans will be in attendance at the race.

This weekend sees a familiar face return to the NTT IndyCar Series grid as Juan Pablo Montoya returns to racing as he prepares to compete in the 105th running of the Indianapolis 500 presented by Gainbridge which takes place on Sunday, 30th May.

Montoya, who is a two-time Indianapolis 500 winner will drive the No.86 Mission Foods Arrow McLaren SP Chevrolet alongside regular full-time drivers, Pato O’Ward in the No.5 Arrow McLaren SP Chevrolet and Felix Rosenqvist in the No.7 Vuse Arrow McLaren SP Chevrolet.
