Ed Carpenter Racing’s Conor Daly says that the NTT IndyCar Series deserves more exposure than it is currently getting. He hopes that the 100 days to Indy docu-series will help to expand interest in the series in the long run.
Daly confirmed that he has been open with the director of the series, told the other drivers to do the same, and is excited to be a part of the project.
The 2023 NTT IndyCar Series season is Daly’s ninth season. Team owner Ed Carpenter says that he will see what happens at the end of the season as Daly is in the last year of a multi-year contract, and he says that BitNile will be a part of that, but it is also down to the relationship with the team.
Daly aims to be consistent this season, and team owner Ed Carpenter says he is pleased with the team’s relationship. Daly is outstanding, and he hopes it continues.
Daly also said that he is looking to see what the new track in Detroit is like as the NTT IndyCar Series prepares to return to the streets of Downtown Detroit.
