Mark Miles, President and CEO of Penske Entertainment Corporation, the owners of the NTT IndyCar Series, the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and IMS Productions says that the organisation are now focused on growing the sport within North America.

It has been reported recently that the NTT IndyCar Series was looking at expanding its reach outside the US to Australia.

IndyCar Series president Jay Frye had visited Australia with Miles however now that the series is under new ownership with Roger Penske, Miles says that they prioritising series growth and growing the fanbase.

The series returns to Richmond Raceway this year with the Indy Richmond 300 taking place on June 28.

The 2020 NTT IndyCar Series season gets underway from March 13 – 15 with the Firestone Grand Prix of st Petersburg. For further information visit –
