The NTT IndyCar Series planned oval test at Texas Motor Speedway on Monday had to be called off due to poor weather conditions at the circuit. Chip Ganassi Racing, Team Penske and Ed Carpenter Racing were all set to participate in Monday’s test ahead of the XPEL 375 on March 20.
The NTT IndyCar Series tweeted:
Things we didn't think we'd say: It was too cold at @TXMotorSpeedway for cars to test today.
