Renault Sport F1 Team’s Jolyon Palmer says that would consider all options for 2018 if his bid to join the Williams Martini Racing Team fails.
Palmer who will be replaced by Carlos Sainz for next season said during media day in Malaysia that a move to the Verizon IndyCar Series is one of several options he is exploring for 2018.
Indy is one of them, but I am not saying it’s a preferred option or not. It’s obviously very different and requires a lot of thinking.
Palmer heads into this weekend’s Malaysian Grand Prix at the Sepang International Circuit in 16th place in the championship on eight points.
