The Indianapolis Motor Speedway announced on Carb Day that they have commissioned a Winner Jacket for the driver who wins The Greatest Spectacle In Racing.
To celebrate the announcement, 23 winning drivers of the Indianapolis 500 were presented with their jackets on the Brickyard and were joined by Roger Penske, the owner of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
