M-Sport with DMACK Tires driver Eflyn Evans took to Twitter on Sunday evening to express his delight at claiming his maiden World Rally Championship rally victory.
Evans completely dominated his home event Wales Rally GB, the final event on the 2017 World Rally Championship calendar and in doing so made history by becoming the first Welshman to win the Welsh rally.
Evans also became the first British driver since Richard Burns won in the year 2000 for Suburu.
Speaking following the rally, Evans commented by saying:
t’s been a very special day, to take my first ever
