The 2019 Autosport International Show takes place this weekend at Birmingham’s NEC Arena. There will be plenty for motorsport fans to do and see over the course of the weekend.
There will be the official public launch of the new all-female W-Series which takes place on Friday. Former Formula One driver turned commentator David Coulthard who is a consultant to the series will appear on the Autosport Stage with a number of drivers who will take part in the selection process for the new series for a Q&A.
On Saturday, known as Super Saturday, the 2019 FIA World Rally Championship season will have its official launch with the new liveries for all of the 2019 cars competing in the sport this season being revealed.
M-Sport, Hyundai, Citroen and Toyota Gazoo Racing will all be in attendance at the event on Saturday with the cars on display to the public on both Saturday and Sunday.
Billy Monger who has been an inspiration to everyone both in and outside motorsport following his horrendous crash in which he lost both legs will be back in action at the Live Action Arena throughout the weekend alongside stunt driver Terry Grant.
It will also be a big day for McLaren as both of their new drivers Carlos Sainz and Lando Norris will be at the show on Saturday appearing on the main Autosport stage for a Q&A session.
