Former NTT IndyCar Series team co-owner Kevin Kalkhoven has denied rumours that Cosworth are set to enter the series.

Kalkhoven who ran the KVSH Racing team in partnership with James Sulli Sullivan and Jimmy Vassar in the NTT IndyCar Series is now owner and chairman of engine manufacturer Cosworth.

The NTT IndyCar Series are set to make an announcement shortly that they report will be a game changer for the series.

It is believed that the series will announce a new engine supplier for the series alongside Honda and Chevrolet.

Kalkhoven said that Cosworth have never been contacted by the NTT IndyCar Series or anyone else about building a engine for the series for the 2021 season.

Kalkhoven has said that their design portfolio is full.
