Tony Kanaan will compete in next month’s 106th running of the Indianapolis 500 presented by Gainbridge on May 29 driving the No.1 American Legion Chip Ganassi Racing Honda.

The Brazilian, who won the Indianapolis 500 in 2013 will reveal his American Legion livery on Wednesday morning at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway ahead of the opening day of testing and will be joined by Indiana Governor and navy veteran Eric J.Holcomb to help launch a new campaign that they will run starting at the Indianapolis 500.

The Indianapolis 500 is the most important race in motorsports and veteran suicide is the most important issue facing today’s veterans. The reveal will provide a preview of the campaign that is set to officially launch on race day.
