Karam set a fastest speed of 226.461MPH ending the day just ahead of AJ Foyt Racing’s Tony Kanaan in the No.14 ABC Supply Chevrolet who set a fastest speed of 225.123MPH.

Ryan Hunter Reay in the No.28 DHl Honda was the fastest Honda powered driver with a speed of 224.820MPH ending the session just ahead of Charlie Kimball who had a great day for Carlin Racing in the No.23 Fiasp Chevrolet setting a fastest speed of 224.582MPH.

Alexander Rossi in the No.27 NAPA Auto Parts Honda ended the session in fifth place just ahead of Team Penske’s Will Power and Helio Castroneves.

Marco Andretti in the No.98 US Concrete Honda for Bryan Herta Autosport ended the day in eighth place with a fastest speed of 224.148MPH ending the session just ahead of Dale Coyne Racing’s Zachary Claman DeMelo in the No.19 Paysafe Honda while Chip Ganassi Racing’s Scott Dixon in the No.9 PNC Bank Honda rounded out the top ten with a fastest speed of 223.966MPH.

Dale Coyne with Vasser Sullivan Racing’s Sebastien Bourdais in the No.18 SealMaster Honda ended the session just outside the top ten in 11th place with a speed of 223.750MPH.

Stefan Wilson in the No.25 Driven2SaveLives Honda ended the session in 12th place just ahead of Juncos Racing’s Kyle Kaiser in the No.32 NFP Chevrolet.

Pole sitter Ed Carpenter in the No.20 Fuzzy’s Vodka Chevrolet ended the session in 14th place with a fastest speed of 223.573MPH ending the session just ahead of his former team mate JR Hildebrand in the No.66 SalesForce Chevrolet for Dreyer & Reinbold Racing.

Carlos Munoz was 16th fastest in the No.29 Ruoff Home Mortgages Honda for Andretti Autosport with a speed of 223.218MPH.

Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing’s Graham Rahal in the No.15 United Rentals Honda was 17th fastest with a speed of 223.119MPH ending the session just ahead of Matheus ‘Matt’ Leist who recovered from a electrical issue in the early stages of the session to end the day with a speed of 222.964MPH.

Ed Carpenter Racing’s Danica Patrick in the No.13 GoDaddy.com Chevrolet ended the day in 19th place with a fastest speed of 222.928MPH. Gabby Chaves rounded out the top 20 in the No.88 Harding Group Chevrolet for Harding Racing with a fastest speed of 222.884MPH.

Meyer Shank Racing with SPM Honda’s Jack Harvey in the No.60 AutoNation Sirius XM Honda was 21st fastest just ahead of his team mate Jay Howard in the No.7 One Cure Honda.

Takuma Sato was 23rd fastest in his No.30 MiJack/Panasonic Honda for Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing setting a fastest speed of 222.577MPH.

Zach Veach in the No.26 Relay/Group One Thousand One Honda was 24th fastest for Andretti Autosport with a speed of 222.400MPH ending the session just ahead of Schmidt Peterson Motorsports Robert Wickens in the No.6 Lucas Oil Honda who brought out the sessions only caution after hitting the wall at Turn 2.

Chip Ganassi Racing’s Ed Jones in the No.10 NTT DATA Honda ended the session 26th place with a speed of 222.268MPH.

Ed Carpenter Racing’s Spencer Pigot in the No.21 Preferred Freezer Services Chevrolet ended the session in 27th place with a speed of 222.076MPH ending the day just ahead of defending Verizon IndyCar Series champion Josef Newgarden in the No.1 Verizon Chevrolet for Team Penske who set a speed of 221.982MPH. Carlin Racing’s Max Chilton in the No.59 Gallagher Chevrolet was next up in 29th place just ahead of AJ Foyt/Hollinger/Bryd/Belardi Chevrolet’s James Davison who set a speed of 221.603MPH.

Scuderia Corsa/Manitowoc Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing’s Oriol Servia was 31st fastest in the No.64 Honda.

Dale Coyne Racing’s Conor Daly in the No.17 USAF Honda was 32nd fastest with a speed of 221.226MPH while Team Penske’s Simon Pagenaud in the No.22 Menards Chevrolet rounded out the order in 33rd place with a speed of 220.902MPH.

The Verizon IndyCar Series drivers will be back on track on Friday for Carb Day at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
