Hendrick Motorsports Kyle Larson in the No.5 HendrickCars Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 says that he believes that the Championship Four of himself, William Byron, Christopher Bell and Ryan Blaney have an equal shot to win the 2023 championship play-off.
Speaking ahead of the season-ending race in Phoenix, Larson said:
Yeah, I don’t view us having a leg up on the others because we have a championship at all. It was a couple years ago. It’s a totally different race car. Pit stops are different. The race is different. It’s all different.
Yeah, like I’ve been saying, I think all of us have a fairly equal shot. I came into the Championship 4 a couple years ago with no experience in the Round of 4. Really had only been in the Round of 8 one other time before then.
