Scuderia Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc was the fastest driver in Saturday’s final practice session ahead of qualifying for Sunday’s Bahrain Grand Prix at the Sakhir circuit. Leclerc set a fastest time of 01:29.569s.
Leclerc ended the session just ahead of his team mate Sebastien Vettel while Mercedes Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas were third and fourth fastest. It was a great session for the Rich Energy Haas F1 Team as Romain Grosjean was 5th just ahead of Nico Hulkenberg’s Renault.
McLaren Renault’s Lando Norris had a great session ending the morning in seventh place 1.3s behind Leclerc.
Max Verstappen was eighth fastest for Red Bull Racing splitting the two McLaren’s with Carlos Sainz in ninth just ahead of Daniil Kvyat who rounded out the top ten for Toro Rosso.
Kimi Raikkonen recovered from his issues on Friday for Alfa Romeo Racing ending the session in 11th place just ahead of Pierre Gasly in the second Red Bull. Kevin Magnussen was 13th fastest for Haas just ahead of the SportPesa Racing Point F1 Team’s Lance Stroll and Sergio Pereiz.
Daniel Ricciardo was 16th fastest for Renault just ahead of Alexander Albon and Antonio Giovinazzi. George Russell and Robert Kubica rounded out the order for Rokit Williams Racing.
