McLaren Racing will return to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway for the 104th running of the Indianapolis 500 presented by Gainbridge next year.
Speaking to Paddock Eye during the Goodwood Festival Of Speed a McLaren spokesperson confirmed that the team plans to return to Brickyard next year.
The news comes following false reports on Friday that Fernando Alonso had left the team.
The double Formula One world champion remains very much a part of the Woking based outfit.
McLaren Racing CEO Zak Brown said recently that the team rushed their Indianapolis 500 plans for this year with the deal only coming together in January.
