The 2024 NTT INDYCAR SERIES season ends this weekend with a championship being crowned. Technically there are three drivers still in the running for the title.

Scott McLaughlin, who has taken three victories this year, the New Zealander took victory at Barber Motorsports Park.
The driver of the No.3 Chevrolet took victory in race one in Iowa and race 2 in Milwaukee last weekend.
McLaughlin is currently 50 points behind Palou meaning that if Palou starts the race on Sunday at Nashville Super Speedway, McLaughlin will be eliminated from the championship.
