Hulman and Company President and CEO Mark Miles has confirmed that he will remain with the motorsports side of the NTT IndyCar Series and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
It was announced on Monday that Roger Penske’s Penske Corporation through Penske Entertainment has purchased Hulman and Company.
Miles who has been president and CEO of Hulman and Company since 2012 has clarified that Penske has purchased the motor racing assets of Hulman and Company, the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, the NTT IndyCar Series and IMS Productions.
Miles confirmed that Hulman and Company’s vast real estate assets will fall under Hulman and Company and remain owned by the Hulman George family and are unrelated to the motorsport arm.
