The Monaco, Azerbaijan and Canadian Grand Prix are all set to be cancelled for the second year in a row due to COVID-19.

The trio of races did not take place in 2020 and despite there being a vaccine available the likes of Canada have placed travel restrictions on people entering the country which means the Canadian Grand Prix in Montreal unviable.

The 2021 season was due to get underway on March 21 in Australia however the race has been rescheduled to November due to the ongoing COVID-19 global pandemic.

The Bahrain Grand Prix is set to be the season opener on March 28.
