Jonathan Byrd’s Racing announced on Thursday that Nano ProMT who sponsored Conor Daly for the Indianapolis 500 last month will once again sponsor the No.18 Jonathan Byrd’s Hospitality and Restaurant Group/Cancer Treatment Centers of America Honda in this weekend’s Firestone 600 at Texas Motor Speedway.

Dale Coyne Racing head into the Firestone 600 at Texas Motor Speedway this weekend following a fantastic Chevrolet Dual in Detroit last time out where Conor Daly claimed his very first podium finish when he came home in second place behind race winner Sebastien Bourdais while in the second race he finished in 6th place having started the race from 21st.

Speaking about the partnership Nano ProMT CEO Andrew Hough commented by saying:

Nano ProMT is extremely excited about being a sponsor and partner with Conor Daly, Dale Coyne Racing, and Jonathan Byrd’s Racing.  Conor’s racing pedigree, his marketability, and mainly his humble yet confident personality make it very easy to want to pull for and support him.  Nano ProMT is committed to being a long-term sponsor and partner with Conor. We are looking forward to being part of Conor’s great success in life and in IndyCar.

Conor Daly who is competing in his first full season in the Verizon IndyCar Series commented by saying:

“I’ve had a great relationship with the guys at Nano ProMT ever since Long Beach last year and was pumped to be able to bring them on board for Indy.  Their support has been huge for me and I couldn’t be happier to see them with a bigger presence on my car for this weekend’s race in Texas and to be representing them for the balance of the IndyCar season and beyond.

David Byrd commented by saying:

We had a chance to meet Andrew (Hough – CEO) and Chris (Hunter – COO) on race day at Indy, and we hit it off immediately.  Not only do they have a great set of products and a great story to tell and a fantastic future ahead of them, but their enthusiasm for Conor is infectious and exciting.  We’re proud to be able to bring them into the fold of partners for the Jonathan Byrd’s Hospitality & Restaurant Group/Cancer Treatment Centers of America Indy car, and we intend to deliver the same type of performance, both on and off track, that will sufficiently reward their confidence in Conor and the team while also matching the performance that Nano ProMT consistently delivers to its customers.
