The Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series on Thursday announced a new partnership with Race Team Alliance and 704 Games to create a new NASCAR Esports league.

Beginning today, fans across the nation owning NASCAR Heat 3 can begin to qualify for the first-ever eNASCAR Heat Pro League Draft, scheduled to take place early next year. Following the Draft, the esports league will feature a 16-race season beginning in spring 2019 and culminating during the 2019 NASCAR Playoffs. Several Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series teams including Chip Ganassi Racing, Team Penske, Joe Gibbs Racing, Hendrick Motorsports, Stewart Haas Racing, JR Motorsports, Richard Childress Racing and Roush Fenway Racing.

The team’s will each run two drivers, one on the Playstation 4 console and the other on the Xbox One console.
