The Verizon IndyCar Series heads to Texas Motor Speedway this weekend for the Rainguard Water Sealers 600.
The Speedway is undergoing a major redevelopment programme which involves new contruction projects around the circuit and re-profiling some of the circuit.
The Speedway has been completely repaved which means that Firestone are working from a completely new slate this weekend.
Firestone conducted a test here recently and will be able to draw on some of the data they have from last season.
The company have developed a brand new tire for this weekend’s race.
