The Verizon IndyCar Series road show rolls into Canada this weekend for the Honda Indy Toronto at Exhibition Place with the Toronto skyline and CN Tower as its back drop.
One driver who will be hoping to pick up where he left off from is Ed Carpenter Racing’s Josef Newgarden who is not only the defending Toronto race winner but he was also the race winner last time out in Iowa which moved him up to second position in the points standings.
The streets of Toronto circuit is located at Exhibition Place and is a 1.755 mile temporary street circuit with 11 turns.
The total race distance is 85 laps which equals 149.175 miles.
There will be ten push to pass activation’s for 20 seconds each. Firestone have brought along four sets of primary and three sets of alternate tires for the weekend for each driver.
