Defending NTT INDYCAR SERIES champion Will Power, driver of the No.12 Verizon 5G Team Penske Chevrolet, says that the team has made very few changes going into the 2023 season this weekend with the Firestone Grand Prix of St Petersburg presented by RP Funding.

Speaking to Paddock Eye on Wednesday afternoon ahead of the first race of the season, Power said the only thing he feels he needs to work on going into this year is his qualifying performances despite claiming the all-time pole record last season.

Power heads into the new season with the same teammates as last, with Scott McLaughlin and Josef Newgarden on the team.

Speaking about the future, Power said that he still has at least five years left in the sport and that he hasn’t put a timeframe on finishing up.
