Pato O’Ward’s win today has evaluated him one point ahead of Scott Dixon and moves him into third in the championship.
Scott McLaughlin in the No.3 Sonsio Team Penske Chevrolet was third just ahead of Colton Herta and Marcus Ericsson.
Alexander Rossi was sixth just ahead of Christian Lundgaard and Kyle Kirkwood.
Christian Rasmussen was ninth while Santino Ferrucci rounded out the top ten for AJ Foyt Racing.
Will Power was 11th in the No.12 Verizon Business Team Penske Chevrolet while David Malukas who started the race from third came home in 12th.
In his first INDYCAR SERIES race Toby Sowery came home in 13th for Dale Coyne Racing just ahead of Felix Rosenqvist and Linus Lundqvist.
Sting Ray Robb was 16th just ahead of Marcus Armstrong and Graham Rahal while Rinus VeeKay was 19th just ahead of Nolan Siegel who rounded out the top twenty.
Kyffin Simpson was 21st just ahead of Agustin Canapino and Romain Grosjean and Pietro Fittipaldi.
Josef Newgarden was 25th just ahead of Jack Harvey while Scott Dixon was the only retirement from the race.
