Indianapolis 500 winner Simon Pagenaud says that he is keen to test a Formula One in the future but that for now his focus is on the NTT IndyCar Series.

The Team Penske driver who has been at home in France on a media tour following his Indianapolis 500 win in May spent last Sunday in Hungary at the Grand Prix as a guest of the Renault F1 team.

Speaking to French news outlet, RMC the 2017 NTT IndyCar Series champion said he loves F1 and would like to try the a car.

Pagenaud understands however that it may not happen as the final decision on such a test would rest with his boss and team owner Roger Penske.
