Defending NTT INDYCAR SERIES champion Alex Palou in the No.10 Ridgeline Lubricants DHL Honda will start Heat 2 at the Thermal Club on Sunday from pole pole position as he leads a Chip Ganassi Racing 1-2 with Marcus Armstrong in the No.11 Ridgeline Lubricants Honda who set a time of 01:38.7575s, Graham Rahal starts the race from third place in the No.15 Code 3 Associates Honda and speaking following the action he said it is a pleasant surprise for him.

Linus Lindqvist starts the race from fourth place with Meyer Shank Racing’s Tom Blomqvist starting the race fifth place just ahead of Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing’s Pietro Fittipaldi and Arrow McLaren’s Alexander Rossi.

Callum Ilott rolls off from eighth place just ahead of Pato O’Ward and Kyffin Simpson of Chip Ganassi Racing while Christian Rasmussen of Ed Carpenter Racing starts the heat from 11th place just ahead of Dale Coyne Racing’s Colin Braun while Marcus Ericsson who brought out a red flag with less than two minutes to go starts the race from 13th place.
