NTT INDYCAR SERIES points leader Alex Palou in the No.10 HRC Chip Ganassi Racing Honda scored his third win in four races in Sunday’s Children’s of Alabama Indy Grand Prix at Barber Motorsports Park by 16s from Arrow McLaren’s Christian Lundgaard, leading 81 of the 90-lap race.

Scott McLaughlin, who started the race from the front row, completed the podium in the No.3 Good Rangers Team Penske Chevrolet, while Rinus VeeKay had a fantastic day for Dale Coyne Racing as he scored a fourth-place finish.

Will Power was fifth in the No.12 Verizon Team Penske Chevrolet while Pato O’Ward was sixth, just ahead of Colton Herta. At the same time, Alexander Rossi had a great race for Ed Carpenter Racing, coming from 15th place to finish the race in eighth place, while Nolan Siegel was ninth just ahead of Josef Newgarden, who rounded out the top ten. Kyle Kirkwood was 11th, while Scott Dixon in the No.9 PNC Bank Chip Ganassi Racing Honda was the biggest mover, making up 14 positions to finish the race in 12th.

Felix Rosenqvist in his 100th INDYCAR SERIES race was 13th, just ahead of Graham Rahal and Christian Rasmussen. David Malukas was 16th, just ahead of Marcus Armstrong, and Santino Ferrucci was 18th in the No.14 Sexton Properties Chevrolet.

Conor Daly was 19th for Juncos Hollinger Racing, Marcus Ercisson rounded out the top twenty just ahead of Kyffin Simpson and Sting Ray Robb, and Callum Ilott was 23rd.

Devlin DeFrancesco was 24th, just ahead of Robert Schwartzman and Louis Foster. Jacob Able rounded out the order in 27th place. There have been over 300 green flag laps in 2025, with the Children’s of Alabama Indy Grand Prix having a green flag race. Next up for the NTT INDYCAR SERIES is the Sonsio Grand Prix of Indianapolis on the IMS road course, less than a week away.

Palou heads to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway with a 60-point lead in the championship over Christian Lundgaard.
