Ed Carpenter Racing’s Spencer Pigot has teamed up with a very special and unique sponsor for this weekend’s Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach.
Loki the wolf dog will serve as primary sponsor in partnership with Rising Star Racing to Pigot’s No.20 Ed Carpenter Racing Chevrolet. Loki has 1.4 million followers on Instagram where you can follow and keep up to date with his incredible adventures along with his owner Kelly Lund.
ECR will make history as it is the first time that a Verizon IndyCar Series team have been sponsored by a dog. Loki will be the guest of honor of Ed Carpenter Racing throughout the Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach weekend and speaking about the new partnership, an excited Spencer Pigot told IndyCar.com:
