Will Power, the driver of the No.12 Verizon Business Team Penske Chevrolet, scored his 100th career NTT INDYCAR SERIES podium finish at Barber Motorsports Park, coming home in second place to claim his second podium finish. Following the race, he said the No.12 crew could change the engine between warm-up and the race.

The result was Power’s 30th career second place. Speaking to Paddock Eye following the race, Will Power, who is now in second in the championship, said that he feels like it is business as usual.

The one thing that I am missing is a win, and that feels like a weight, but today was a smart day. We’re in a good spot heading into the Month of May.

It was a great day for Scott McLaughlin and Team Penske. He won in Barber for the second season in a row, and he says he is so proud of the race’s execution. He keeps knocking them out and see where they are at come September.

McLaughlin says that the team usually hit their stride following the race in Detroit and they knew that they had a fast car in Barber Motorsports Park.
