Green Savoree Racing Promotions the owners of the Honda Indy Toronto race circuit announced on Tuesday that they entered a partnership with PPG Industries which sees the Pittsburgh based company become the official paint partner and supplier to the circuit.

Speaking about the announcement, Green Savoree Racing Promotions President and COO Kevin Savoree commented by saying:

We are thrilled to partner with PPG across our entire portfolio of race properties. “PPG is consistently on the cutting edge of innovation and aligns with our company’s goals to deliver outstanding results.  With PPG’s long history in motorsports sponsorship, the relationship with GSRP is a natural fit, and we are looking forward to seeing all facets of the partnership in action during the 2017 season.

The partnership also covers GSRP’s other events, the Verizon IndyCar Series season opening Firestone Grand Prix of St Petersburg and the Honda Indy 200 at the Mid-Ohio Sports car course.

Speaking about the new agreement, PPG’s Vice President of Global Automotive Refinish, John Outcalt commented by saying:
