Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing’s Graham Rahal says he feels terrible for the fans who had planned to travel to the Honda Indy 200 at the Mid-Ohio Sportscar Course after the races which were due to take place next week were postponed until at least September due to the COVID 19 global pandemic.
Hometown favourite, Graham Rahal tweeted on Saturday saying:
Feel terrible for fans. I firmly believe this isn’t cancelled, just postponed. I wouldn’t be lying if I said a @Mid_Ohio double header end of September sounded nicer weather wise than August anyways https://t.co/9bK57wgC0J pic.twitter.com/nFd7VJezoT

As it stands the next race on the calendar, the 104th running of the Indianapolis 500 presented by Gainbridge takes place in three weeks time on Sunday 23 August with fans.
