Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing’s Graham Rahal says the team made engineering changes over the off-season due to the fact that they had brought guys over from F1 but they didn’t really fit with the INDYCAR program.
Speaking to Georgia Henneberry during Wednesday’s open test at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Rahal said that his lead engineer has moved over to Takuma Sato for the Indianapolis 500.
Sato returns to Rahal where he won the Greatest Spectacle In Racing in 2020.
