Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing is celebrating 30 years in the NTT IndyCar Series in 2021 and Graham Rahal may be driving the No.15 United Rentals commemorative livery to celebrate Buddy Rice’s Indy 500 win with the team in 2004 but for Graham, speaking to Paddock Eye he says that having his wife Courtney and daughter Harlan with him in victory lane on Sunday should he win on Sunday would mean more to him than the fact that it’s the team’s anniversary year.

Rahal, who starts the race from 18th place on the grid says that there is a bit of superstition in the team with Taku driving with the No.30 PeopleReady Honda while he confirmed that his own chassis number is number 30.

The team ran well here last season with Sato winning the race and Graham coming home in third while Santino Ferrucci was fourth so the team are hopeful that they can move forward on Sunday despite the cooler temperatures expected this for Sunday’s race but Rahal believes that this could work in their favour in getting them to the front.
