Kimi Raikkonen’s manager Steve Robertson has revealed that the 2007 world champion could stay with Ferrari in 2018.
The Maranello based outfit confirmed at the British Grand Prix last time out that they had renewed Kimi Raikkonen’s contract for 2017 extending his partnership with Sebastian Vettel.
Following a tough first half of the 2016 season Raikkonen finds himself in third place in the drivers championship six points ahead of Vettel.
Robertson has said that Raikkonen is motivated and that he believes that the Iceman will be at Ferrari in 2018 depending on Ferrari want to do in 2018. Robertson confirmed that the Iceman doesn’t like confrontation and sometimes if there is not harmony in the team it can become disruptive for the Finn but this season he is bringing in the points for the team and they are moving in the right direction.
