Ferrari’s Kimi Raikkonen insists that he still has the desire to win races in Formula One. The Iceman who heads into his 16th season in Formula One in 2018 says he would be in the sport anymore if he didn’t have the hunger for it.

The Finn scored 205 points during the 2017 season, he biggest haul since the 2012 season when he raced for the Lotus F1 Team.

Raikkonen, who is the oldest driver in Formula One had a great season in 2017, frequently out-qualifying his team mate Sebastian Vettel. The Finn nearly won the Monaco Grand Prix back in May having started the race from pole position but was beaten by Vettel who was on an alternate strategy.

Raikkonen says that as long as he is enjoying racing in Formula One he will continue. The 2018 Formula One season gets underway with the Australian Grand Prix which takes place from March 23 -25.
