The second race of the Belle Isle Grand Prix is under a red flag with three laps to go following Schmidt Peterson Motorsports James Hinchcliffe stopping on track with an electrical issue.

Ed Carpenter Racing’s Spencer Pigot suffered a catestrophic engine failure which also contributed to the red flag.

The stoppage means a three lap shootout between Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing’s Graham Rahal and Team Penske’s Josef Newgarden.
