The ROKiT Williams Racing team have announced that the sale of the engineering arm of the company has helped to raise new revenue for the Grove based outfit.
The team have extended their refinancing through the continuation of their partnership with long term banking partner HSBC.
The team have also taken a loan from Latrus Racing, a consortium led by Michael Latifi, the father of ROKiT Williams Racing driver Nicholas.
The team have also mortgaged their Grove based HQ which includes the Williams Racing Heritage collection. Deputy Team Principal Claire Williams has revealed that the decisions made will give them the resources they need going forward.
Williams recently announced that they have furloughed staff with senior management and the drivers having taken pay cuts.
