The arrival of Sting Ray Robb to the NTT IndyCar Series this season marks exciting times for his team, Dale Coyne Racing who have signed a promising young talent in the Idaho native.
Robb ended the 2022 Indy NXT season in second place and showed Coyne during a test at Sebring International Raceway that he is very good at giving technical feedback to the engineers.
Coyne has a great eye for finding young talent and he managed to hold onto David Malukus for this year despite interest from Ganassi although Robb does replace two time Indianapolis 500 winner Takuma Sato who has joined Chip Ganassi Racing for oval races this season.
It is going to be extremely interesting to see how the new pairing at Dale Coyne Racing gets on this season.
Paddock Eye’s verdict: Expect Coyne to punch above their weight over the course of the season to come.
