David Malukas was also on track for Arrow McLaren as was Agustin Canapino for Juncos Hollinger Racing.

Rinus VeeKay was also in action for Ed Carpenter Racing.

Graham Rahal and Josef Newgarden were in action for Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing and Team Penske respectively.

Sting Ray Robb made his track debut for his new team, AJ Foyt Racing while Dale Coyne Racing, who are to confirm their driver line-up for this season had Jack Harvey on track in the No.18 Dale Coyne Racing Honda.
