World Endurance Championship team Scuderia Corsa have confirmed that they will enter the 2019 Indianapolis 500 as a full-time Verizon IndyCar Series team after a successful outing with Oriol Servia in partnership with Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing at this year’s 102nd running of the Indianapolis 500 presented by PennGrade Motor Oil.

Giacomo Mattioli, Scuderia Corsa team owner says he exploring all options for next season including the potential of a full-time Verizon IndyCar Series programme.

Mattioli has confirmed that the team will compete in the 103rd running of the Indianapolis 500 presented by PennGrade Motor Oil. Mattioli says that after six years in endurance racing, he and his team are excited to entering the world of the Verizon IndyCar Series.

Oriol Servia has expressed an interest in returning to Scuderia Corsa for the 103rd running of the Indianapolis 500 presented by PennGrade Motor Oil but it is unclear as to who Scuderia Corsa would have as their full-time driver in 2019.
