The 2025 NTT INDYCAR SERIES season has produced something that hasn’t been witnessed for 45 years.
This year, in the nine races that we have had so far this season only two drivers have been victorious.
Championship leader Alex Palou of Chip Ganassi Racing has won six races including the 109th running of the Indianapolis 500 presented by Gainbridge on May.
Kyle Kirkwood of Andretti Global has won three races.
This is something that hasn’t been done since 1980 when Johnny Rutherford won five races while Bobby Unser won four races for Team Penske.
It will be interesting to see if there is anyone who can take victory this weekend in Mid-Ohio other than Kyle Kirkwood and Alex Palou.
