McLaren Racing announced on Thirsday that they have recruited Stephanie Carlin, the wife of Trevor Carlin to the role of F1 Business Operations Director.
Stephanie, who will take up her new role in January has held the role of Team Principal at Rodin Carlin.

The news comes just days after McLaren finished fourth in the Formula One Constructors championship on 302 points.
