The 101st running of the Indianapolis 500 is exactly 200 days away, and if the 100th running of the most famous race in the world is anything to go by, we are in for a treat. Once again, the Indianapolis 500 will be presented by PennGrade Motor Oil.
The 2016 race was spectacular with Verizon IndyCar Series rookie Alexander Rossi taking victory for Bryan Herta Autosport.
The 2017 event promises to be an exciting event. Juan Pablo Montoya who won the race in 2015 for Team Penske will not have a full time drive in the Verizon IndyCar series next season but instead will drive a fifth Chevrolet powered car for Roger Penske’s outfit.
