Takuma Sato, driver of the No.11 Deloitte Honda for Chip Ganassi Racing says that the car is just getting to a good spot as he topped the times in the final practice ahead of Sunday’s 107th running of the Indianapolis 500 presented by Gainbridge.
Speaking after setting a fastest speed of 227.855MPH the Japanese driver said:
The 11 car is just getting to a nice feeling, which is exactly what I really wante. “My boys did a fantastic job the entire week. The organization did fantastic, so I’m happy.”
Sato will start Sunday’s 107th running of the Indianapolis 500 from eighth place.
